Job Description
- Develop and maintain product roadmap for planning and analysis solutions.
- Partner with FP&A teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Manage backlog and prioritize features to maximize business value.
- Champion agile and scrum practices across technical and business teams.
- Track KPIs and drive continuous optimization of planning processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
- Deep understanding of FP&A processes and planning systems.
- Experience with financial systems and working closely with FP&A teams.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS or similar tools.
- Strong leadership and product management skills in agile settings.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex initiatives.
- Experience in enterprise-scale planning transformations.
- Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred.
