• Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope • Supervisory roles (i.e. site manager) that are responsible for ENTIRE scope of site activities during ITO and/or OTR phase, acting under the direction and on behalf of the overall project leader • Leads site team and manages execution of the project scope of work • Ensures schedule, quality and cost are in compliance with contractual obligations, company policy and local regulations • Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline • Serves as best practice/quality resource • Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility • Uses judgement to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.
