- Handle inbound calls and warm leads

- Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission

Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
Requirements
- Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (e.g., 11am-8pm CST)
- Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires
- All computer equipment is provided
- Must maintain a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum 100 MBps download speed and 20 MBps upload speed
