We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support clients with personalized travel planning and service coordination. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others create memorable experiences. This position emphasizes relationship-building, service excellence, and client support throughout the travel planning process.
- Consult with client to understand their travel preferences, budgets and needs
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel bookings
- Research travel options including accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Present customized recommendations and service solutions
- Coordinate reservations and confirm booking details
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Resolve customer questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, call center, or service industries welcome)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using online systems and booking platforms
