This role is responsible for owning full-cycle recruitment, focusing on sourcing clinical and leadership talent, especially Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists, for outpatient physical therapy clinics. The partner will also proactively develop relationships with entrepreneurial clinicians interested in de novo partnership opportunities.
