The Sports Psychologist will provide individual and group mental performance support to high school and collegiate athletes, focusing on developing mental resilience, confidence, and focus through tailored, evidence-based programming. This role involves assessing athlete needs, designing mental skills training, and collaborating closely with coaches and support staff to integrate these skills into training and competition.
The coach will provide end-to-end college admissions counseling through regular advising sessions, managing deadlines, assigning tasks, and supporting students through essay writing and list discernment. Responsibilities also include maintaining detailed communication with program leadership and participating in internal review committees.
Responsibilities include communicating with students and families to identify their needs, providing end-to-end counseling via Zoom sessions, and managing application deadlines for a cohort of students across various educational levels. The role also involves mentoring students through the writing process for personal statements and essays, and participating in internal review committees and team meetings.
