• Provide visionary leadership to a portfolio of 110+ restaurants in Texas • Implement and oversee operational standards and procedures, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and guest experience • Lead, mentor, and develop Market Directors, Regional Managers, and General Managers • Drive financial performance by analyzing key metrics and managing budgets • Ensure all restaurants comply with health, safety, and legal regulations • Foster a guest-centric culture by ensuring exceptional service and resolving escalated guest issues • Champion company culture and values, promoting a positive work environment • Partner with the New Store Opening and Development teams on restaurant openings • Work closely with marketing, HR, finance, and supply chain teams • Act as a key decision-maker in response to crises or unexpected challenges
