Job Description
Job Requirements
- MUST have Marketing experience
- 10+ years’ experience in Social Operations, Digital Operations, Marketing Operations, or related discipline
- Recognized subject matter expertise in multi-platform social governance and publishing operations
- Experience operating across complex, cross-franchise environments
- Demonstrated ability to design and standardize scalable operational systems
- Experience managing platform governance, security, and access controls at scale
- Strong ability to operate independently with high discretion and limited direction
- Demonstrated leadership across work groups; may oversee activities of others without formal people management
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder influence
- High integrity and ability to manage sensitive platform and access controls
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
