Job Description
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing enterprise endpoint engineering in large or multi-site global environments.
- Deep hands-on experience administering and engineering MECM/SCCM, including application packaging, OS deployment, baselines, and software updates.
- Experience leading teams or functioning as a technical lead, providing mentorship and escalation support.
- Proficiency includes designing and governing enterprise standards, SOPs, and lifecycle management processes.
- Hands-on experience managing macOS environments, including imaging, OS updates, and hardware lifecycle support.
- Strong troubleshooting experience across Windows OS, macOS, enterprise applications, hardware models, and desktop technologies.
- Experience with identity platforms (Okta, Entra ID), Agile/ITIL frameworks, or endpoint-related certifications (Microsoft, Jamf, ITIL) is a strong plus.
