The manager will own and lead AML underwriting for Adult & CBD merchants, defining criteria and risk thresholds, and designing/implementing operational procedures for onboarding and monitoring. This includes overseeing KYC/KYB, supporting transaction monitoring, and acting as an escalation point for complex cases.

The core responsibilities involve extensive sourcing of hundreds of candidates to find the right fit, moving quickly, thinking ahead, and automating processes where possible. This role requires actively engaging with both candidates and clients in both English and Russian to effectively sell both sides of the recruitment equation.

The Account/Customer Success Manager will own B2B client relationships post-activation, guiding them toward stable and scalable platform usage, which involves structuring and optimizing payment flows across accounts, cards, and crypto.

The specialist will act as a crucial operational link, managing incoming client requests through support channels and ensuring timely, professional responses. Key duties involve investigating transaction-related issues for PSP and crypto payments, monitoring payment flows, and analyzing system logs for technical errors.
