• Pre-sales discovery. • Lead structured sessions with PMOs, IT, security and business owners to map PMLC, governance checkpoints, and the project toolchain. • Document current state and desired state. • Produce a summary that includes a recommended pilot scope, integration approach, data flows, access and compliance notes, and a risk and effort matrix. • Post-sales operationalization. • Build plans covering environments, access, data onboarding, controls, success metrics, and exit criteria. • Work with customer IT to implement, configure and validate connectors and data paths, and create reusable checklists. • Write runbooks for day-to-day operations, incident handling, permissioning, and change management. • Train project managers, PMO analysts, and sponsors with clear materials, recordings, quick references, and office hours. • Track adoption with a lightweight scorecard. • Partner across Coworked. • Work directly with the CEO and product to translate customer needs into repeatable capabilities, templates, and integrations. • Capture field feedback that sharpens Harmony’s tone, behaviors, and interaction patterns so every touchpoint feels consistent and human.
