Job Description
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and sales teams for IP products and solutions.
• Identify and engage potential new Enterprise customers.
• Work closely with the sales teams on identifying opportunities and driving IP business to closure.
• Develop the technical strategy for each opportunity with the sales team.
• Meet with influential customer decision makers and communicate Nokia’s IP product capabilities and solutions.
• Develop technical collateral to demonstrate Nokia’s products and delivery capabilities for success.
• Work with Product Line Managers to drive product development through customer and industry specific feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience.
- 12 years networking experience working enterprise vendors, including IP and data center related technologies.
- 8 years of technical pre-sales experience and/or business development including leading customer engagements and internal strategy meetings.
- Knowledge of IP networking and architectures.
- Solid knowledge of Data Center networking, virtualization and architectures.
- Expertise in protocols including OSPF, ISIS, BGP, VXLAN and MPLS.
- It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience selling to Data Center and large Enterprise accounts.
- Understanding of the latest technology trends in for:
- Network automation and programmability
- Protocols including Segment Routing and IP/MPLS
- Proven track record of break through sales
