Job Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers • Sell Dog Academy's services through consultative sales techniques • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs • Document calls and maintain accurate records • Work independently in a remote setting while staying connected to the team

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience (call center, cold calling, auto sales, collections, etc.)
  • Intermediate computer and typing skills
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated personality
