• Serve as the primary point of contact for triaging operational issues from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success and ensuring timely resolution • Develop deep knowledge of ZipRecruiter’s product offerings, sales procedures, and rules of engagement to support stakeholders effectively • Partner cross functionally to create and optimize processes, playbooks, toolkits, and documentation that improve team efficiency and productivity • Support system customizations, data management, trainings, and ongoing administration of Salesforce and other Revenue Operations tools • Collaborate with Systems, Finance, Analytics, and leadership to identify opportunities, implement technology and process changes, and report on performance • Train new and existing team members on processes and technologies while supporting sales teams with top of funnel and lead nurturing initiatives in partnership with Marketing
