Job Description
• Personalize interactions with potential new customers and answer web portal navigation questions.
• Provide information and options to online customers about WM products and services.
• Resolve challenging customer requests and collaborate with Inside Sales Reps/leadership.
• Use WM sales productivity software tools accurately.
• Prepare reports and handle general administrative duties.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
- 2 years in customer service (in addition to education requirement)
