Position Overview Ensures quality assurance through internal and external reporting measures and process improvement initiatives. Assists the management team with associate development, complex projects, data analysis and problem resolution. Responsibilities Develops and/or maintains underwriting internal and external reporting and/or coordinates adherence to risk management activities. Gathers data and coordinates with internal clients including actuarial, IT and underwriting to design and ensure accurate output. Lead and coordinates Training, UAT and process efficiencies related activities for case manager activities. Collaborate with Support Services Management Team as needed. Procedure Manual maintained for client company details, RGA internal process and workbench functionality Participates and leads in associate development and mentoring activities. Duties include supervision, oversight of work, hiring, training, evaluating, and coaching. Fosters a positive and engaged work environment. Ensures department quality by monitoring adherence to guidelines related to MIB, OFAC, and other required state and federal rules and regulations related to privacy. General retention responsibilities and treaty adherence within established guidelines associated with case management activities. Responsible for regular recurring job functions including complex problem analysis and reconciliation of data. Works collaboratively with internal and external clients for resolution. Participates in department projects, which includes, coordinating and delegating activities, acting as a subject matter expert or lead, and performing assigned tasks. Serves as back-up for Lead Analyst function and Manager responsibilities in their absence as appropriate. Maintains regular and predictable attendance. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Compensation Range: $66,740.00 - $94,800.00 Annual Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience (minimum 5 years)
  • 5 – 8 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance or financial services
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior technical/professional, project lead, or supervisory position
  • Demonstrates an ability to lead, mentor and develop associates in a customer service focused environment
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Complex investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills utilizing experience, research, guidelines and internal resources
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret insurance and contract documents and applying it to meeting clients’ needs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze and improve business processes with skills to implement change
  • Intermediate Word, SQL/Query and Excel skills
  • Ability to work online, either at home or remote
  • Ability to gather and impart knowledge
  • Preferred
  • Working towards ACS, ARA, FLMI or other relevant professional designations
