Job Description

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing R&D product operating in a high-revenue niche. This role is not about “making ads” - it’s about building and leading a creative engine . You’ll own the creative direction, designing scalable processes that turn consumer insights into consistently high-performing creatives. Set up a repeatable, data-informed creative production system Validate bold hypotheses Drive creative performance at scale Work closely with growth, user acquisition, and analytics teams Opportunity to quickly grow into a senior leadership role, including hiring and managing your own creative team This is a rare chance to join a product at a strong growth stage with real budgets, real impact, and clear vertical growth potential .

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of ads performance metrics
  • Strong knowledge of how ad networks work
  • Experience working with UGC creatives — from ideation to scripting and execution
  • Ability to analyze performance data and propose data-driven hypotheses
  • Experience in writing compelling ad copy
  • Passion for social media trends
  • Strong communication skills
  • English level: B2 or higher
  • Experience with AI tools (nice to have)
  • Experience in social media ads for subscription-based mobile apps (nice to have)
