- 8+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in customer success roles.
- Direct experience in corporate or business tax is required.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with SaaS solutions, cloud delivery models, and ERP applications is a plus.
- Proficiency in Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar customer success platforms.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering strategic guidance to clients.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
