Job Requirements
- 5+ years of mortgage closing experience with strong knowledge of TRID and CFPB regulations
- Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring or supervising closing or operations teams
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain pipeline accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with loan origination systems and mortgage closing software
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
- A Day in the Life
- Reviewing the closing pipeline and distributing files to team members
- Supporting escalations and resolving complex closing issues
- Coaching closers on compliance requirements or process questions
- Coordinating with title companies, settlement agents, and internal partners
- Monitoring productivity metrics and reporting updates to leadership
- Assisting with process improvements and policy updates to strengthen closing efficiency
