Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the Doors, Frames & Hardware industry
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred, not required)
- DHT credential from the Door & Hardware Institute (preferred, not required)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of NAV processes, with the ability to navigate the system and train others on fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management/database software
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Professional, adaptable, dependable, and flexible work style
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships, resolve conflicts, and negotiate effectively
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- General math proficiency including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, fractions, and ratios
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
- Ability to travel occasionally for jobsite visits or field verification
- Working Conditions
- Primarily office-based in a climate-controlled environment
- Frequent computer and phone use
- Regular sitting, standing, and walking
- Occasional lifting or carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasional jobsite visits, including active construction environments
