Job Description

• Conduct remote stakeholder interviews and requirements elicitation sessions • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements • Develop business cases and propose process improvement solutions • Create data analysis reports and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences • Support system implementation and business transformation initiatives across the 88th RD AO • Assume full PM authority and responsibilities — authorized to bind the Contractor • Serve as primary contractor point of contact for Government COR and KO • Manage on-site and remote personnel across the 88th RD AO • Ensure continuity of contract deliverables, reporting, and compliance

Job Requirements

2-3 years of relevant business analysis experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years of documented experience directing or managing multi-functional Army Reserve organizations OR equivalent private sector IT management experience
Minimum 2 years of documented financial management experience
Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices
Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Experience with process modeling and workflow tools
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets; elicit and document business requirements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed teams
IT management, contract management, and building systems familiarity
Ability to operate independently and make timely decisions managing a contract and geographically dispersed locations
Highly skilled in verbal and written communications for professional meetings, plans, and memorandums of instruction
Demonstrated financial management capability (minimum 2 years documented)
