- 5+ years of enterprise sales leadership with a track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing senior AEs.
- Proven success driving revenue growth in complex enterprise sales environments, including both land and expand motions.
- Hands-on sales leadership style, comfortable engaging directly with Economic Buyers and providing executive-level support.
- Strong ability to motivate teams through change and continuous growth, earning trust with a One Team One Dream mindset.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and co-selling with external partners to establish and expand an Enterprise business.
- Data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of customer needs to guide strategy and execution.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools to enhance sales effectiveness is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
