Job Description
• Assist in inbound/outbound activities, update quotations, track campaign performance, and maintain system data accuracy
• Connect with new and existing customers, generate and qualify leads, and support follow-up activities with sales teams
• Lead independent, high-visibility projects that provide meaningful value to Agilent's sales organization and customers
• Analyze markets, support competitive assessments, create promotional materials, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies
• Receive training on Agilent’s instrument portfolio and workflow solutions relevant to your assigned market team
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in CRM systems and support reporting activities
Job Requirements
- Currently in sophomore or junior year at an accredited university enrolled in a 4-year degree program in a STEM field (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, Environmental Science, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related discipline)
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills
- Clear and confident communication skills - written, verbal, and by phone
- Self-motivation and a careful, detail‑oriented approach to following instructions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and experience with spreadsheet data
- A curious mindset, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative team environment
