• Develop an Investment Grade Audit (IGA) of central plants and associated facilities • Provide a unique customer focused solution that meets the customer’s technical, social, and financial requirements • Perform a financial analysis to demonstrate the viability of the technical solution • Manage scope, schedule, and cost of development • Design, select, operate, and optimize central heating/cooling plants and CHP systems • Perform detailed analysis/modeling of plant performance data to identify efficiency improvements and cost-savings opportunities • Effectively communicate at all organizational levels to achieve sales goals • Present complex technical ideas and concepts to non-technical audiences • Generate reports, presentations, and proposals as required • Support Operational personnel with post contract engineering, design document development, and project commissioning
