• Oversee all design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and consistency • Create original assets such as illustrations, infographics, and marketing collateral • Maintain a cohesive visual identity across social media, website, conference backdrops, merchandise, decks, product materials, and more • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive designs • Identify UX challenges and continuously improve UI/UX across our products • Stay up to date with design trends, competitor products, and industry developments • Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical teams • Work closely with marketing and other teams to meet deadlines and deliver impactful campaigns
