Job Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in managing sales fundamentals and CRM processes
- Ability to independently own end-to-end sales cycles across multiple professional teams without requiring constant oversight
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at professional sports teams (AGMs, performance directors, analytics leaders)
- Network within target leagues (particularly MLS, NWSL, WNBA, CFL, USL, and junior hockey organizations)
- Demonstrated reliability in process execution (updating Salesforce, customizing approaches for client needs, and following through consistently)
