• Responsible for gaining a clear understanding of existing client needs • Develop and strengthen relationships while managing sourcing and production activities • Work closely with Account Executive and/or Director on account strategies to increase the Company’s service offerings • Collaborate with Account Executive, Account Director and/or client to facilitate new sales opportunities • Identify areas for service and process improvement • Quote, source, oversee production, and manage inventory and eCommerce for customer’s marketing collateral • Create presentations to promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers • Manage and track order status; contact vendors to obtain tracking information and follow up on delivery status
