Job Description

• Collaborate with health system clients on a range of complex assignments to provide practical and innovative solutions • Assess the current performance of revenue cycle operations by conducting interviews, observations, document review, data-driven insights, and processes • Proactively identifies opportunities for financial, operational, and delivery performance enhancement • Spearheads the successful implementation of our product and service suite with new and existing clients • Partner closely with our technology teams to deploy & implement our suite of products/workflow engines to drive best operational outcomes • Analyze business metrics trends, potential issues & escalations, client feedback & business strategy

Job Requirements

7+ years of experience in ambulatory or acute operations management and management consulting or advisory services
5+ years of revenue cycle experience, including Patient Access and Billing
Proven record of accomplishment in managing large-scale parallel transitions
Expertise in leading revenue cycle assessments, system implementations, and operations
Expertise in revenue workflow optimization and/or performance improvement
Willingness and ability to travel as required
Master’s degree in business or healthcare, such as MBA, MHA, or MPH
