Job Description

• Prepares complex bespoke, compelling proposals in alignment with client needs and company commercial strategy • Applies advanced knowledge of integrated services and solutions • Collaborates with scientific, operational, and commercial stakeholders • Reviews client requirements and tailors proposals • Conducts quality control checks for own work and peers • Participates in departmental initiatives to support proposal development • Mentors/trains junior/new employees • Visible leader on the proposal manager team

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience in at least two of the following areas (comparable to 8+ years):
Clinical research industry role with writing responsibilities
Proposals experience in a life sciences or technical field
Experience in a commercial setting
Scientific writing
Effective project manager with strong attention to detail
Strong understanding of the proposal, drug development and commercialization process
Advanced writer and editor with advanced ability to efficiently develop compelling graphics for both text and slide deliverables.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
