Job Description

• Own the end-to-end implementation strategy for new customer deployments across multiple products, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing implementation team of experienced professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. • Partner with customer executives and internal stakeholders to define success metrics and ensure business objectives are met. • Develop repeatable implementation frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that scale with SmarterDx’s growth. • Proactively identify risks and challenges in client rollouts, creating mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into actionable feedback. • Oversee cross-functional alignment with Customer Success, Sales, and Clinical teams to deliver a seamless client experience. • Report on implementation performance, capacity, and client outcomes to company leadership. • Champion continuous improvement by analyzing process efficiency and driving operational excellence.

Job Requirements

10+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (responsible for high impact portfolios, large teams, or both).
Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale SaaS or healthcare IT implementations with large hospital systems.
Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, clinical workflows, and hospital operations, with deep experience in coding workflows, claim automation, or revenue cycle optimization.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
Executive presence and ability to engage confidently with C-suite stakeholders at health systems.
Strong program management expertise, with experience building scalable processes across multiple clients and familiarity with project management standards and tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to query, transform, and use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
Hands-on experience managing implementations which involve Epic or Cerner, preferably with the ability to speak to managing HL7, APIs, and database extracts.
Prior startup or high-growth company experience, with experience balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
Technical enough to dig into SQL databases, build dashboards, and leverage GUI-based automation software to automate workflows.
