Your role at Dynatrace
We are looking for a Business or Computer Science student with junior or senior level standing to join us this summer on our D1 Operations team. This is a full-time, paid internship.
Responsibilities:
Support the definition of a Support Knowledge Management strategy and processes
Implement AI tooling to accelerate drafting articles and curating knowledge for customers
Collaborate with our data science team to build quality controls to improve our LLM/agents
The D1 Intern will partner with VP Operations, Director of Support Operations, Data Science, ML Engineers, and Director Support here and will gain hands-on industry experience in the Engineering field.

Education: Currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Information Systems
Work experience: 0-1 Years
Considering a career in Technology
Familiar with one or more of the following technologies:

Compensation and Rewards
$26/hour
Full-time: 40 hours/week
10 weeks: June 8th - August 14th
