Job Description

• Serve as the primary account manager for a portfolio of fashion brand, retail, and technology partners. • Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring each partnership is well-supported and delivering mutual value. • Create clear workback schedules and launch plans for each partner integration or campaign. • Evaluate partners’ technical integration requirements early in the engagement. • Work closely with SPREEAI’s product and engineering teams to facilitate seamless partner integrations. • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities across the fashion, AI, and e-commerce ecosystem. • Monitor partnership performance metrics and outcomes (integration adoption, shopper engagement, revenue generation, etc.). • Take a scrappy, resourceful approach to overcoming obstacles and ambiguities. • Serve as the liaison between partners and SPREEAI’s internal teams.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or account management roles, preferably at high-growth tech or e-commerce companies.
  • Experience with fast-moving commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Amazon, Temu, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of online retail platforms and commerce technology stacks – especially Shopify and related e-commerce tools.
  • Proven ability to create and execute detailed project plans or workback schedules for complex initiatives.
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical integration concepts and constraints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, solution-oriented thinker who thrives in ambiguous environments.
  • A driven, revenue-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
