Job Description

• Build and scale Jump’s partner ecosystem across technology (ISV), consulting, and referral partners • Own the full partner lifecycle—identification, outreach, onboarding, enablement, activation, and ongoing performance management • Launch and scale a high-impact partner program across technology, consulting, and referral partners • Establish repeatable co-marketing and co-selling motions that drive qualified pipeline and revenue • Build clear partner value propositions and GTM plays aligned to Jump’s product and customer base • Create lightweight partner enablement assets that accelerate adoption and recommendations • Track, measure, and optimize partner performance and pipeline contribution.

Job Requirements

2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a GTM role
Proven track record of building something from scratch (partner program, territory, or new market)
Strong outbound prospecting and relationship development skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and solid project management capability
Experience in fintech, wealthtech, or financial services SaaS (Preferred)
Familiarity with the financial advisor and wealth management ecosystem (Preferred)
Ability to speak credibly about integrations, APIs, and technology workflows (no coding required) (Preferred).
