• Define, prioritize and execute product roadmap that delivers robust Operations Management capabilities for Property Managers and Self-Management Associations and their customers. • Drive AI-powered automation of core workflows including data ingestion, classification, reconciliation, exception handling, and workflow orchestration • Design and deliver GenAI-powered capabilities such as copilots, assistants, and agent-based workflows embedded directly into core product experiences • Enable predictive and prescriptive insights that help customers proactively manage operations, optimize workflows, and scale without increasing headcount • Directly partner with new and existing customers to understand Operations Management capabilities, processes and challenges customers face with a variety of workflows. Work with Product Leadership to incorporate Customer Feedback and remove friction from product usage. • Work closely with Engineering to set prioritization and backlog of work, maintaining the backlog. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Planning, Sprint Reviews and refinements. • Be a strong internal advocate that regularly engages with the organization to train on capabilities, workflow changes and overall value proposition of our solution. • Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, explainable, and production-ready solutions • Support go to market activities that enable Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Operations to drive product adoption and grow revenue. • Maintain a close pulse on market trends and competitors to ensure Enumerate remains a leader in AI-enabled property management
