Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- 2-3 years in a Growth role in health-tech, biotech, or Pharma
- Deep knowledge of growth experimentation tactics
- Strong understanding of the customer journey
- Proven track record of new market penetration and driving subscriber growth
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
- Experience developing pricing and packaging strategies
- Experience working with research, science, or analytics software
- Technical enough to manage engineers and scope growth-related features
- Familiarity with user experience best practices
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills
