• Support multiple TA projects and partner with TA Leaders to define requirements, goals, and content for hiring manager experience initiatives • Assist in designing a comprehensive survey including question development, survey cadence, and delivery plan • Collaborate with analysts to build the survey infrastructure and reporting through tools such as SurveyMonkey • Support the development of dashboards and insights by partnering with the People Analytics team (e.g., PowerBI) • Gather information and create content for process guides, including workflow overviews, roles and responsibilities, and service-level expectations • Work with Learning & Development teams to transform content into visually appealing, easy-to-understand materials • Support communications planning and change management for rollout of new tools, resources, and processes • Contribute to clear, user-friendly outputs such as finalized guides and launched surveys, ensuring hiring managers have consistent and accessible resources
