• Provide business partnership and coaching to people leaders to positively impact the motivation, development, and retention of talent. • Partner with people leaders throughout the talent lifecycle process i.e. performance reviews, performance management, talent calibrations, promotions processes, compensation reviews, and succession planning ensuring a standardized approach. • Provide Employee Relations support, offering thought partnership and guidance to leaders throughout the performance management process. • Support the talent and leadership development strategy to ensure effective delivery of enablement resources. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies through the creation, operationalization or standardization of processes and policies. • Act as the voice of the business and employees through creating a feedback loop for people initiatives, programs, and COEs.
