• Facilitates and manages employee relations and compliance guidance • Responds to, investigates, and resolves ER issues thoroughly and in a timely manner. • Provides training on how to conduct investigations and proper documentation • Provides sound guidance with a compliance lens to managers on HR-related questions • Advises and trains managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices • Supports Senior Compliance Manager in creating content and training leaders • Serves as key contact for all Regional People inquiries • Manages Shake Shack’s Background Check process in compliance with local jurisdictional requirements. • Conducts HR audits across the region to drive awareness and accountability
