Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong process decomposition skills, ability to write clear technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with business rules engines, decision modeling, and workflow configuration.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in mapping workflows, analyzing dependencies, and improving system efficiencies.
- Proficiency in process modeling using UML/BPMN notations.
- Ability to work with engineering teams to define system specifications, process improvements, automation logic and system workflows.
- Experience with API protocols (SOAP/REST/gRPC) and system integrations.
- Advanced level of English, with strong communication skills.
- Nice-to-Have**
- Experience with People/HR Tech systems
- Experience in designing database schemas and knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of any programming language
