Job Description
• Assist in setting and executing the strategic vision for Salesforce capabilities
• Collaborate with business partners across the Highmark Health Plan, Sales Leadership, IT, and other Blue Plans
• Manage projects/enhancements of business processes and drive operational efficiencies
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the administration of the Salesforce platform
• Assist in managing a team of certified Salesforce business admins
• Ensure ongoing strategic planning for user adoption, best practices, and training
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 3 years in a management or leadership role
- 3 years in complex, matrixed environments or working in/across multiple business units
- 3 years presenting ideas/solutions to leadership
- 3 years in a Business Analyst role
- 3 years with insurance products
- Required Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Preferred PA Insurance Producer License - Accident & Health
