Job Description
• Making outbound calls to guests who have purchased a vacation getaway or received two free nights
• Helping to deliver on arrivals, increase revenue for the department, and guarantee tour volume for the resorts
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- 12 months minimum sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or equivalent experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Only candidates from Orlando, FL area (within 50 miles) will be considered at this time
