• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects
• Develop comprehensive project plans
• Coordinate real estate activities and partner with corporate teams
• Ensure adherence to building codes and safety standards
• Select and manage external partners for projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
- Prefer minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management
- Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar construction projects
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
