Manage strategic vendor and BPO relationships to ensure SLA and contractual compliance, drive performance improvements, and support BPO strategy, transformation, and cross-functional enablement. Track metrics, coordinate incident response, support contracts and commercial discussions, and develop dashboards and scorecards to improve transparency and governance.
