Job Description

• Build and schedule email campaigns across multiple brands by following and/or creating calendars, briefs, and related documentation • Support execution of promotional and seasonal campaigns tied to key business moments • Write and/or edit email copy as needed, including subject lines, preheaders, and body copy updates, while adhering to brand voice and guidelines • Partner with the creative team to request and coordinate assets required for campaigns • Own end-to-end QA to ensure accuracy across copy, links, images, targeting, personalization, send timing, and related requirements • Maintain strong campaign organization, including naming conventions, documentation, and calendar updates • Monitor sends and proactively flag issues or risks • Support basic segmentation setup and other email-adjacent needs as required, including setting up promotional codes for campaigns • Support reporting on email performance by using established Looker dashboards to pull requested data and summarize campaign results

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience executing email campaigns within an ESP
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to QA campaigns thoroughly
  • Comfort working from detailed and/or directional calendars and campaign briefs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Klaviyo (preferred) or a similar ESP
  • Exposure to SMS marketing or interest in expanding into SMS execution
  • Experience working across multiple brands or lines of business
  • Experience in e-commerce or DTC marketing environments
