Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, program management, or related roles
- Strong understanding of care management and utilization management principles
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with telephonic and virtual care models (preferred)
- Familiarity with NCQA, CMS, and state regulations (preferred)
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (preferred)
