Job Requirements
- Research and identify potential customers, understand their needs, and qualify them as high-value leads for Account Executives.
- Targeted Outreach:
- Customize outreach strategies for high-target accounts and employ a more generalized approach for low-target accounts, producing different outbound strategies for different target audiences.
- Marketing Collaboration:
- Work alongside the marketing team to incorporate marketing content and campaigns into outbound strategies, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
- AE Collaboration:
- Work closely with Account Executives to develop strategies for nurturing leads and transitioning them into the sales pipeline.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM with detailed notes on outreach efforts and lead interactions.
- Performance Tracking:
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach targets, including the number of calls, emails, and qualified leads generated.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
