Job Description

• Conceptualize and create written content for marketing campaigns • Lead the execution of email and digital marketing campaigns • Maintain email marketing calendar and program automated workflows • Manage subscriber database, segment audiences, and maintain email lists • Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence and create posts • Analyze campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI/ROAS • Manage the internal “Marketing Request” workflow • Provide planning and support for event/conference attendance • Maintain the company’s marketing content calendar • Maintain the company’s website • Manage vendors as needed • Provide coordination for trade shows/events • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

5+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing environment
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Proficiency with email platforms (Dynamics 365 Marketing, Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
Experience managing social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and website analytics (G4, Fathom Analytics, etc.) strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Dynamics 365 Marketing, etc.)
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to create effective and persuasive written content
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
