Job Description
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of clinical nursing experience and management, with a mandatory background in Oncology
- Current RN license
- Preferred: background in mental health or a psychiatric certification (e.g., PMHNP, RN-BC)
- Experience in a high-growth healthcare or technology company
- Track record in program development
- Ability to move between high-level strategic planning and operational troubleshooting
- Ability to lead with empathy while focusing on data-driven clinical outcomes
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful approach in a startup environment
- Experience managing deadlines and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, client success, data, and product teams
