• Responsible for prospecting and running Genius Point of Sale presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. • As a Software Relationship Manager (SRM) you will report to a District Manager and receive coaching from a Director. • Activities include explaining our value proposition and demonstrating our cloud-based Point of Sale solution, upselling current clients on other Global products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Point-of-Sale District Manager. • Your role as a SRM is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. • You will work closely with your local District Manager to set appointments with business owners in person via your network and referral partnerships that you build. • You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Global Payments Point of Sale solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses.
