Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Public Health, Business, or related field OR 1 to 3 years of professional healthcare industry experience.
- Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for student success.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing.
- Currently pursuing or completed Master’s in Healthcare Administration or Public Health (preferred).
- Experience with medical billing and coding (preferred).
- Familiarity with EHR systems (preferred).
- Experience working with diverse, first-generation, or adult learners (preferred).
